At Lexovium S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Lexovium"), we are committed to protecting the personal information of our users in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect data that you provide directly when using our platform: full name, email address, and the content of messages sent through our contact form. We also collect browsing data automatically, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited on our site, and session duration.
3. Purpose of data processing
We use your personal data to: respond to inquiries and information requests; manage communication between you and our team; improve the quality of our services and the platform experience; comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Argentina, including CNV provisions for crowdfunding platforms; and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: your consent when completing forms on our platform; the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by you; compliance with legal obligations before Argentine regulatory bodies (CNV, UIF, AFIP); and our legitimate interest in improving our services, provided that your fundamental rights do not prevail.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the described purposes. Data linked to inquiries is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction. Data required by regulatory norms is retained according to the deadlines established by the CNV and UIF. After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Data transfers
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with technology service providers acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements, regulatory authorities when there is a valid legal requirement, and professional advisors under professional secrecy obligations.
7. Your rights
Under Law 25,326 and AAIP Disposition 11-E/2018, you have the right to: access your personal data held by Lexovium; request the correction of inaccurate or outdated data; require the deletion of your data when no longer necessary; object to the processing of your data for certain purposes. You can exercise these rights by sending a communication to privacidad@lexovium.com. We will respond within a maximum period of 10 business days.
8. Information security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring of suspicious activity, and periodic security audits.
9. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. Any substantial modification will be communicated through our platform. The date of last update is indicated at the beginning of this document.
